If you purchased from a third-party retailer, please refer to their return policies.Return Conditions60-Day Return Window: You have the right to return your purchase within 60 days of receiving the product, subject to the conditions below.Refund PolicyRefund Processing Time: Once your return is approved and received, GlowEra will process your refund within 14 business days.Warranty InformationGlowEra provides a One (1) Year Limited Warranty covering defects in material and workmanship from the date of the original purchase ("Limited Warranty Period"), provided that the product is used in accordance with the use and care instructions, under normal circumstances. Return ConditionsReturn Conditions60-Day Return Window: You have the right to return your purchase within 60 days of receiving the product, subject to the conditions below.The product must be returned in its original condition, including original packaging and all accessories (such as cables, chargers, attachments, and manuals), without any signs of use or damage.All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returns must be approved by GlowEra Customer Support, and the product must be sent back within 7 days of receiving the RMA number.Returns beyond 60 days will only be accepted for quality-related issues under warranty terms.Exceptions: Any returned item that has been excessively worn, used, or altered will NOT be accepted. Products designated as final sale or non-returnable are NOT eligible for return. Warranty InformationGlowEra Limited Product Warranty One (1) Year Limited Consumer Product WarrantyGlowEra provides a One (1) Year Limited Warranty covering defects in material and workmanship from the date of the original purchase ("Limited Warranty Period"), provided that the product is used in accordance with the use and care instructions, under normal circumstances.Warranty CoverageDuring the Limited Warranty Period, GlowEra may, at its discretion, offer one of the following remedies:Refund — if the purchase was made directly from the GlowEra online store.Repair — fix any defects in material or workmanship.Replacement — provide a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value.Store Credit — issue store credit equivalent to the original purchase price.Who is Covered?This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.Proof of purchase and defect verification are required to claim warranty benefits.Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not covered.What's Not Covered?Normal wear and tear, including consumable parts (e.g., gel pads, batteries, replaceable heads).Damage caused by improper use, neglect, accidents, or failure to follow user instructions.Physical damage from external factors such as drops, water exposure, lightning, or fire.Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use of non-GlowEra parts.Products used in commercial or rental environments.How to Claim Your Warranty1Check the warranty period — ensure your product is still within the valid warranty period.2Gather required documents — have a copy of your invoice, order ID, or proof of purchase.3Keep the product — do not dispose of the product before contacting us.4Contact GlowEra Customer Support — obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.5Return the product — send the product along with proof of purchase as instructed by customer support. Limitations of LiabilityTO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL GLOWERA BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM GLOWERA IN EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR SUCH PRODUCTS, NOR FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW FOR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE DISCLAIMERS IN THIS POLICY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.Consumer RightsThis warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
