Select one of 4 pre-programmed modes on the controller.
Position Panel
Place the panel on the included stand, lay flat, or use body straps for targeted areas.
Treat
Low Mode: place directly on skin for 10 min. High Mode: position 15cm from skin for 20 min.
Clean & Store
Wipe the panel with a damp cloth after each session. Store safely.
